When He speaks heaven and earth are affected because great number of publishers is attached to the intent of His command or promise according to Psalm 68:11,”The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it”. Life in general can be broken into various segments for the purpose of direct application of the word of God. For instance; is it the aspect of marriage? Career? Relationships?
